Service Description

Part 1 (90 minutes) - We will review complete health history, current health concerns, food journal, and recent labwork (if desired); discuss current and past lifestyle factors affecting your health; discuss current and past nutritional status; Part 2 (45 minutes) - review functional health timeline and matrix; discuss immediate action steps, including nutritional and lifestyle modifications.
